This microlot coffee is processed with natural anaerobic fermentation. The beans ferment in sealed tanks without oxygen before drying in the sun – a method that boosts sweetness and brings out bold, funky flavours. Expect a super delicate cup with notes of lavender, raspberry and peach. All packed in this easy to use drip bag for one cup: hook it on your mug, pour in hot water, and you’re good to go.
