WHERE THIS COFFEE'S FROM.

This coffee comes from one of our newest partnerships: Roumaldo (see photo) and the Chajulense Association, an indigenous farming community in the highlands of Guatemala. The Chajulense community has been through a lot over the years, so we're building this partnership with care. We're on the right path and confident this is the beginning of a long and meaningful collaboration. Growing coffee at high altitude, their smallholder producers deliver the clean, expressive profiles the region is known for.

This coffee is a washed arabica with a bright and fruit-forward profile. Expect notes of pear, orange zest and apple cider with a subtle hint of cardamom in the finish. Grown at high altitude, this coffee is clean, lively and layered with a fresh acidity and slightly exotic twist.
