This month’s Discover Monthly comes from Jimma, Ethiopia. Here we work with the Kolla-Bolcha cooperative. The coffee grows in a forested area which ensures that soil stays healthy, temperature fluctuations are absorbed and biodiversity remains good.

ORIGINAL HOUSE BLEND

The coffee in this Blend comes from our partners CAFESMO in Honduras (60%) and Coopervass in Brazil (40%). Because we offer this coffee year round, we source relatively high volumes from both origines and we are able to make a substantial difference for the 94 producers that work hard to provide the high quality coffee we are used to.
