WHERE THIS COFFEE'S FROM.

Uganda is a diamond in the rough when it comes to coffee. Most people think Uganda means robusta, and they're mostly right. But in the far northwest corner, wedged between DRC and South Sudan in a region called Zombo, there is arabica. High quality, wildly undervalued arabica that was hardly sold as specialty coffee before we got there. Large exporters know it exists and actively try to push out the small players. Which is exactly why this partnership matters.
