How can I pause, skip or cancel my subscription?

Once you're subscribed, you can manage everything through your account at my.wakuli.com. Under 'My Settings' you can easily pause, skip or cancel at any time, no strings attached. Need help? Send us an email at coffee@wakuli.com. We're happy to help!

How often will I receive coffee?

The delivery frequency is fully flexible, choose between every week, every 2, 3, or 4 weeks. You can adjust this anytime to fit your routine.

How fresh is the coffee when it arrives?

We roast and ship within 7 days, so by the time it lands on your doorstep, it's at peak flavour. Coffee tastes best between 2 and 6 weeks after roasting, meaning every delivery hits that sweet spot perfectly.

What if I run out of coffee?

No worries! You can add an emergency order to your subscription which will be shipped within 24 hours on workdays. Ordering on Friday after 3:00 PM? Your order will be shipped on Monday.

Can I also place a single order?

Yes, you can place a single order, but with a subscription you'll never run out of fresh specialty coffee. Every subscription order ships for free and fits through your letterbox, so you never have to think about reordering. Single orders have free shipping from €39, start at 1kg, and require you to place a new order each time.
