Uganda produces more than 80% of its coffee as robusta. Most of it disappears into cheap blends and instant coffee. But Uganda is also top three in the world for robusta quality, and almost nobody knows it. The Kalisizo cooperative in the Masaka region has never had its coffee sold as high quality robusta before. We believe it's among the best robusta in the world. And we found it by doing exactly what we always do: looking where others aren't.
