STEP 1
Open the base of the moka
pot & remove the basket.
STEP 2
Fill the basket with the ground coffee,
shake it gently to distribute evenly in the basket.
STEP 3
Pour boiling water into the base up to
the valve, then carefully replace the basket.
STEP 4
Screw back the top part tightly
& place on a stove set to medium heat.
STEP 5
With the lid open watch for a steady flow.
Adjust the heat if the water flows too fast.
STEP 6
Remove from heat when the flow slows
down and you hear a hissing noise. Enjoy directly.
