HOUSE BLEND.

This is Wakuli’s first and OG blend. 40% comes from small-scale Brazilian farmers in the hilly southeast of Minas Gerais. We work together with our partner Coopervass on direct export and "regenerative" coffee production. On the shores of Idjwi Island, DRC, Marceline and Bertin source and process coffee under extreme circumstances in war-torn Eastern Congo, making up 35% of the blend. The remaining 25% of your cup is from the Kolla Bolcha farmer cooperative in Ethiopia, with which we work together since 2021. The natural coffee from Brazil gives the coffee its chocolatey and nutty sweetness, while the beans from DRC and Ethiopia provide the freshness and fruitiness. A well balanced, friendly coffee. Easy to love!

For the very first time, we’re offering a brand new arabica from a partner we previously sourced only robusta from. Thanks to the unique terrain of the island of Flores, Indonesia, our local partner produces robusta in the lower areas and arabica higher up the mountain slopes. This coffee is natural processed, offering a very different take on Indonesian coffee. Instead of the classic smoky profile, it’s spicy and sweet, with notes of nutmeg, plum and fudge - the result of carefully dried cherries that receive the farmers’ full attention!

POWER HOUSE
BLEND.

This blend brings together beans from three coffee-producing continents: 40% washed arabica from Cafe Business Consult (Tanzania), 40% natural arabica from Coopervass (Brazil), and 20% specialty robusta from ASNIKOM (Indonesia). A worldwide coffee! With fresh, fruity notes from Tanzania, nutty flavours from Brazil, and the punch of Indonesian robusta, this blend is strong yet deliciously smooth.

SPICY
ROBUSTA.

This robusta coffee is brought to you by the farmers of the Kalisizo cooperative in Masaka, Uganda. Led by the enthusiastic and passionate Bless, we are working together on sustainability, quality improvement and towards a living income for the farmers. The coffee has been roasted lighter so that its characteristic flavours are preserved and you can recognise where the coffee comes from. Find a firm but smooth coffee with flavour notes of rum, brown sugar and dried cranberries. A beautiful dark coffee that packs a punch!
