The coffee in this Blend comes from our partners CAFESMO in Honduras (60%) and Coopervass in Brazil (40%). Because we offer this coffee year round, we source relatively high volumes from both origines and we are able to make a substantial difference for the 94 producers that work hard to provide the high quality coffee we are used to.

It's time for coffee from Rwanda, the land of a thousand hills. With Emmanuel of Baho Coffee, we have long been working on ongoing improvements to the quality at the Kinazi washing station. We support farmers in renovating their coffee fields by supplying hundreds of thousands of coffee seedlings, and we encourage the use of organic fertilizer. In this way, farmers can make great strides in quality and volume. And as we often say, everyone benefits. The love and attention that the farmers of Kinazi washing station give to this natural or sun dried arabica results in a very friendly, fresh and slightly creamy coffee with flavors of strawberry milkshake. So with this coffee, you're all set for spring!
This blend features coffees from three coffee growing continents. It consists of 40% arabica beans produced by our partners from Rebuild Women’s Hope in DR Congo, 40% arabica beans by our partner Coopervass in Brazil and 20% robusta beans by our partner Asnikom in Indonesia. A real world wide blend, indeed!
This robusta coffee is brought to you by the Rende Nao farmers and is grown on the Indonesian island of Flores. 251 farmers work on the beautiful yet steep hills of the island to produce this high quality spicy robusta. A real challenge, but one that they are nailing. And they have been able to increase the quality to a level where we feel confident to offer it as a single origin coffee to our specialty loving audience. This has resulted in an 86% increase of price received by the farmers.
