Where this coffee's from
This year our holiday season blend is made up of three of our wildly diverse “Discover Monthly” coffees. 40% of the coffee comes from our years long partnership in Zombo, Northern Uganda where we work hard to improve the lives of 800+ farmers who live disconnected from virtually everything and who are absolutely committed to regenerative coffee production. 30% comes from a new partnership in Ecuador where we have supported local changemakers to set up their own export business. The remaining 30% comes from the Kolla Bolcha cooperative in the Jimma region, Ethiopia - where farmers traditionally grow their coffee semi-wild in the forested highlands.

This year's Holiday Blend is just perfect for these dark winter days. The taste of our coffees can always be attributed to the farmers, the terroir and the process at the origin’s washing station. This blend, however, is proof that our roast team also plays an indispensable role. Through the thoughtful choice of origins and the slowest roast ever this blend was crafted into a perfect winter coffee. Enjoy the full bodied and chocolatey vibe with taste notes of brown sugar, fruit cake & roasted chestnuts.
